Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
Strong communication skills in English.
Previous experience in reservations or customer service is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks.
Able to work during weekend.
Passion for the diving industry is a bonus!
